We are proud of the supportive environment of our program and the relationships, which develop among our residents and faculty. Since our goal is to train competent, caring, critical-thinking physicians, we teach residents to set priorities, know the limits of their knowledge, exhibit intellectual honesty, and develop curiosity and skepticism. We also emphasize the development of teamwork and interpersonal skills, as well as the manual and technical skills required for treating sick people.
