Time Schedule of Enrolment

for the academic year 2010/2011

This is to inform you that enrolments for the academic year 2010/2011 will be

at the Study Department on the following dates:

6th class           3^rd   September 2010 (Friday)                

5th class           10^th  September 2010 (Friday)                

4th class           7^th  September 2010 (Tuesday)                

3rd class           9^th  September 2010 (Thursday) 

2nd class           6^th September 2010 (Monday)  

Enrolments will be at 8.00 – 10.00 am   and   1.00 – 2.00 pm            

COMPENSATORY DATE:

                     13th September 2010                 9.00 – 10.00 (2nd - 3rd y.) Study Dpt.

                                                                 10.00 – 11.00 (4th – 5th y.)  Study Dpt.

 

Every student must come to the enrolment personally and bring the following documents:

• Receipt of the paid tuition fee - !IMPORTANT! For identifying the payment is very important to write the student´s name and year of study directly  into payment order,
• INDEX,
• Passport, „Preukaz“ – longstay permission ID card,
• 4th - 6th year students - Compulsory Summer Practice Certificate.

Students are obliged to register the Compulsory optional subjects to the system AIS till date of the enrolment.

In exceptional cases the student can ask for paying the tuition fee in two subsequent payments, the student have to give the written request to the Dean with the relevant reasons – usually the agreement on the scholarship to the 15th of July 2010.
