Information for Erasmus students

For your enrollment at Comenius University you have:

1. to register online at: http://cit.uniba.sk/socera/app_form.php - Application Form
2. to print and send the Application Form signed and stamped by your Erasmus coordinator together with the additional documents to the International Relations Office of CU:

Deadline:

• 30 June for winter semester
• 30 November for summer semester

Acceptance: upon receiving Confirmation of Acceptance as Erasmus Student from CU and signed Learning Agreement from Medical Faculty CU

Accommodation: see website www.druzba.uniba.sk

Prior to your departure you have

• to arrange your health insurance
• to inform our Erasmus officer of the date of your arrival

Upon your arrival in Bratislava you have

• to register next day in the Foreign Relations Office of Medical Faculty:
  Spitalska 24, door No. 18
  Bratislava
  working hours: 7.00 – 15.00
• to apply at the Foreign Police Office:
  Hrobakova street 44
  Bratislava – Petrzalka

In order to receive the temporary residence permit you need to submit:

• passport, certificate of the purpose of the stay (issued by Foreign Relations Office of Medical Faculty), certificate of accomodation (issued by the students dormitory), certificarte of health insurance, 3 photos, stamp in the value SKK 150.

Before your departure from Bratislava at the end of your study stay at CU Medical faculty you have to inform early enough our Erasmus officer:

• of the Certificate you need for your home university
• of the date of your departure (which cannot be later than the date given in your residence permit)

Please be informed that classes and clinical practice are compulsory. You are obliged to participate at each one in order to pass the course. Late arrival to classes or clinical practice is not accepted.
