Her classes blend Hatha, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga to build strength, energy, and deep relaxation.She believes yoga is a way to understand your body, respect its limits, and honor your unique possibilities. Every body is different, and her approach helps you move mindfully, find balance, and feel truly revitalized.
