COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE RÁZSOCHY HOSPITAL

On 15 July 2020 an agreement on cooperation was signed between the Ministry of health of the SR, Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Medicine CU in Bratislava and Faculty of Law CU in Bratislava.

On 15 July 2020, the Minister of Health of the SR, Marek Krajčí, M.D., Rector of Comenius University in Bratislava, Prof. JUDr. Marek Števček, PhD., Dean of the Faculty of Medicine CU in Bratislava, Prof. Juraj Šteňo, M.D, PhD. and Dean of the Faculty of Law CU in Bratislava, Assoc. Prof. JUDr. Eduard Burda, PhD. signed the Agreement on Mutual Cooperation.

On 15 July 2020, at the seat of the Ministry of Health of the SR, the Minister of Health of the SR, Marek Krajčí, M.D., Rector of Comenius University in Bratislava, Prof. JUDr. Marek Števček, PhD., Dean of the Faculty of Medicine CU in Bratislava, Prof. Juraj Šteňo, M.D, PhD. and Dean of the Faculty of Law CU in Bratislava, Assoc. Prof. JUDr. Eduard Burda, PhD. signed the Agreement on Mutual Cooperation. (hereinafter referred to as „the Agreement“) in order to create conditions for active cooperation regarding the construction of Rászochy hospital. Experts from the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Law CU, appointed by the Rector or respective Dean should take part in the cooperation that will, inter alia, focus on the identification and solution of legal issues and on the possible draft of legislation which would contribute to the acceleration of the construction of the hospital.
