Dear student at Comenius University,

Do you need to learn Slovak or improve your current skills?

Don’t miss this great opportunity this SUMMER — register for free Slovak language courses, offered by Comenius University in cooperation with the iCan language school in July and August.

✅ You can study ONLINE from home or IN PERSON in classrooms at the Faculty of Management of Comenius University.

✅ You can choose one of the two terms:
• 1st term – from 28.07.2025 to 22.08.2025
• 2nd term – from 25.08.2025 to 19.09.2025

✅ You will be placed in a group according to your Slovak language level (A1, A2, B1, B2).
By default, students will be placed in A1 groups. If you have a certificate confirming a higher level of Slovak, please upload it directly when filling out the application so we can place you in the appropriate group.
If you’ve completed at least one year of university studies in the Slovak language, it is sufficient to simply check this option in the application form.

✅ The COURSES are INTENSIVE, with 3 lessons per day:
• Morning group: 9:00–11:35
• Afternoon group: 13:00–15:35

And they are COMPLETELY FREE!!!

✅ During the course, you will receive a textbook and additional materials. After completing the course, you will be invited to a certificate ceremony at the Welcome Centre of Comenius University (Štúrova street № 9).

✅ From September, you will have the opportunity to continue learning Slovak in semi-intensive courses three times per week (6 hours per week).
