Staff Mobility (STT) / Staff Mobility for teaching and training

Staff Mobility is intended primarily for the entire administrative staff (Faculty, Rector's Office, centrally funded divisions) of CU.

The sending and the receiving institution has to be granted the Erasmus University Charter (EUC). The department where the outgoing staff member works is not under an obligation to have signed the effective Inter-Institutional Agreement with the receiving institution.

Sending staff abroad

Hosting staff from abroad

The contact person (responsible for hosting a staff member from abroad) is obliged to notify the Faculty Coordinator of the hosting of the foreign Erasmus staff menber. The contact person shall ensure that the foreign Erasmus staff member completes and signs the Erasmus Staff Member Certificate, after which, he/she will submit it to the Faculty Coordinator who shall sign it and submit it to the Department of International Relations of the Rector's Office of CU.

Accommodation


The Faculty shall inform the foreign staff member in advance of the options and prices concerning accommodations and make requested accomodation reservations. Any costs incurred in connection with the stay shall be borne by the foreign staff member on his/her own using funds from the Erasmus grant provided to him/her by the sending institution.
